We are so excited to begin this journey with you.  To those of you who have known us for many years and to those who are new to us - welcome and thank you.

We are hopeful that our work together will support you in all that you are and all that you choose to explore.

Our offerings will provide an opportunity to cultivate compassion and kindness toward ourselves and others.  Although many of us may hope for a life without difficulty and challenge, it is inevitable that we experience both joy and sorrow, contentment and longing, confidence and  self-doubt.  This is the nature of life.

Our courses and retreats will share current findings and manageable practices to nurture our sense of  equanimity, connection and interdependence.

We can always learn to "practice the pause" in the midst of our lives in order to respond to whatever arises with discernment and wisdom.

We have always been learners and explorers and we are so excited to be on this new journey.  Thank you for joining us.

We are looking forward to connecting with friends and making new friends as we share what we have learned about how to understand ourselves and others in a gentle and supportive way.

The pace of our lives can sometimes be frantic and we may miss the small moments that allow us to see the beauty that's around us.  We hope that what we are sharing with you will help you to understand the importance of pausing to experience those moments.

We will offer information that is based on research and practices that are proven to calm your mind and body and help you to be your best self.

"Stepping out of the busyness, stopping our endless pursuit of getting somewhere else, is perhaps the most beautiful offering we can make to our spirit." Tara Brach
