Theresa Meikle​
​B. A., B. Ed., M. A. (T) O.C.T.

Theresa’s background as an English and Dramatic Arts high school teacher, facilitator and school administrator has provided many opportunities to share her enthusiasm for learning and growth in the personal and professional sphere.  Her training and dedicated practice in mindfulness in many contexts have provided her with a rich understanding of how mindfulness practices enhance life, build resilience and connection to self and others.
 
Theresa is an instructor in the Mindfulness Meditation Certificate program. with the School of Continuing Studies: University of Toronto.  In addition, she offers and facilitates programs, retreats and workshops in the areas of mindfulness, mindful living and mindful leadership. 

Theresa’s certifications in non-clinical mindfulness include:

Kim Smith​
B.A., B. Ed., MSc.Ed.  O.C.T.​

Kim’s background as an elementary school teacher and principal has allowed her to learn and work in a variety of exciting areas.  As well as being a principal of a number of elementary schools over twenty years, Kim was the principal of a care and treatment program and a principal in Curriculum and Instructional Services and Leadership Development.

Kim has Cognitive Coaching and Adaptive Schools training from Thinking Collaborative and is a certified trainer for Cognitive Coaching.  She has experience in Facilitation, Mediation, Suicide Prevention and extensive training in Self-Regulation. Kim is an eLearning Facilitator, Presenter and Mentor for the Mehrit Centre, focusing on supporting children and adults who experience excessive stress.  Kim is dedicated to using mindfulness and self-regulation to help people understand and reduce their stress in order to become their best selves and appreciate the joys in life.
